Endoscopic inspections
Global Alignment & Engine Service owns a state of the art endoscope with which we perform our endoscopic inspections. As an example, we can endoscope combustion chambers where we can check the cylinder liner wall for scratches, check carbon deposits on pistons and valves and check for cooling water leaks on exhaust valve seats and injector bushes. Pulling the wrong cylinder head can be avoided this way, reducing the service time and costs significantly.
