In September 2017 we exchanged the shaft bearings of a 1000 kVA Hyundai HFC-6 auxiliary generator on a reefer vessel for one of our customers. The bearings were white metal bearing shells. After exchange of the bearings a test run was carried out. During the test run the bearing temperatures were monitored, logged and approved.
