Global Alignment & Engine Service performed a geometrical measurement of the port and starboard propulsion installation. The measurement included the bearing offsets related to the reference line and the centerline of the propulsion output shaft. Also the straightness of the stern tube and the offset of the gearbox fore and aft bearing positions related to the reference line was measured. The results of the measurements were compared to the design offsets of the FEM model.
